Aluwell®X1 Steel Composite Panel:
Aluwell® X1 steel composite panels consist of two sheets of 0.3-0.5mm high tensile steel and plastic core. The unique composite technology tightly combines the two steel sheets with the core material.
Aluwell® X1 panel can replace the traditional 60mm complex sandwich structure of galvanized steel and PU.
X1 Steel is a high strength low alloy steel. Adding a small amount of tungsten, vanadium, silicon, molybdenum, nickel, manganese and other alloys greatly improves the strength and hardness of the steel. Among them, nickel can have higher toughness, and copper, nickel and chromium can increase corrosion resistance and prevent rust.
